Goodbye 2024 you have been a year of receiving, life lessons, releasing and believing. This year has taught me so much about life as a mother, partner, daughter, sister and woman. Life can tend to be a little tough during our lives. What makes us different and unique in our own way is truly how we push through and know and understand there is a Blessing in Every Lesson. I had no idea that as you become a better you, there will be pieces of you that must shed in order to renew and experience the true healing affect. Ive lost and gained this year, but through every experience, I must admit it, the wisdom received was well worth the lesson. My son has graduated high school, and as a mother, this milestone has been both rewarding and enlightening. I’ve come to realize that raising a son is a journey that not only shapes who they become, but also reveals how our upbringing influences how we perceive them. It’s been a powerful reminder of the bond we share and the growth we’ve both experienced along the way.
About four months ago, I transitioned into being a full-time real estate agent. I can honestly say that real estate is not for the faint of heart. It’s about much more than transactions—it’s about building meaningful relationships, understanding your clients, and earning their trust. My clients have become like family to me. We check on each other and create lasting connections. When asked what I love about real estate, my answer is simple: it’s the opportunity to help change lives and guide others toward generational wealth. After every closing, I shed a tear or two because I know I’ve made a difference in someone’s life.
As the year ends, I’m reading a book that’s been with me since 2016—Calling in The One by Katherine Woodward Thomas. 8 years later and I’m finally reading it. Talk about The Law of Attraction right!? This self-help book has opened a part of me that I didn’t even realize needed healing. It’s been a journey of uncovering hidden wounds and recognizing traumas I hadn’t acknowledged before. This process has helped me understand what to release and what to invite into my life.
