My mornings begin with quiet time – 10 to 20 minutes of prayer and meditation. This moment of stillness allows me to start my day with a sense of peace and mental clarity, setting the tone for everything that follows.
After that, I make my go-to morning drink. Lately, I’ve fully transitioned to matcha over coffee, and it’s been a game-changer. My favorite? A creamy matcha latte with oat milk and a scoop of my go-to protein and creatine. Unlike coffee, matcha keeps me energized throughout the day without the burnout. It’s my perfect balance of alertness and well-being.
Once my matcha is ready, I go over my daily schedule, ensuring I stay on track and make the most of my day.
Nights: A Calming Wind-Down
Evenings are all about resetting. I stick to a strict beauty regimen—if you want to know more, check out my blog series “Love Your Skin” and “Pore Perfect.” My skincare routine is a non-negotiable part of my self-care.
Spirituality is at the center of my life, so before bed, I read a chapter from a book that feeds my soul. Right now, I’m also reading Landing in the Executive Chair by Linda Henman—an insightful read for anyone in leadership or a competitive industry.
I close my night just as I started my day: with prayer and meditation. It’s the perfect way to reset, reflect, and rest with peace.
